  • Key Responsibilities

The Role

As a Foreman at Track Tech Inc., you’re the boots-on-the-ground leader that keeps rail construction and maintenance jobs moving forward. You’ll lead your crew through daily operations, ensure work is done safely and efficiently, and act as the go-to problem-solver when the unexpected happens. You’re not afraid to work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team — and you lead by example every step of the way.

Who We Are

At Track Tech Inc., we build and protect the backbone of American industry — the railroad. From construction and maintenance to inspection and on-track safety, we get the job done right, safely, and on time. Headquartered in Kentucky with boots on the ground across the country, we have nationwide reach.

We’re not here to check boxes — we’re here to raise the bar. We value straight talk, solid work ethic, and people who take pride in doing it right the first time. If you’re a safety-driven rail professional who knows how to lead in the field, we want you on our team.

Job Responsibilities

Work safely and oversee the safety of your work group. Accidents, incidents, or injuries are not acceptable at Track Tech Services.
Each decision will be made by first determining if there is a safe way to accomplish the task.
JSA's will be completed each time work is performed, even when it's inconvenient.
Appropriate PPE will be worn as per our Handbook and rules. Additional PPE can always be worn if deemed necessary and safe. This includes all customer facility requirements.
All incidents will be immediately reported to your supervisor and HSE manager with an incident form created in ProCore.
Any unsafe action will be stopped immediately and reported to a supervisor. Everyone has stop-work authority regarding safety.
